MR. SAGAR RAMRAM DEO ( BSL, LLB, FCS)

Mr. Sagar Deo is a practicing company secretary in Aurangabad having experience more than 10 years. He has completed Bachelor of Social Law (BSL) in 2005-06 and also completed Bachelor of Legislative Law (LLB) in 2007-08. He has also worked in Bombay high court at the Bench at Aurangabad in 2007-08.

He has worked in various sectors and has lot of experience in industry as well as tribunals & courts. He has also worked in various department like HR, Legal , Secretarial , Audit & Accounts, Taxation.

He is also faculty at various Institution & College for Corporate laws and Taxation.

He has worked as member of Aurangabad Chapter of WIRC of ICSI and holding the position as Secretary in Management Committee of Aurangabad Chapter for the year 2015 & Vice-chairman in Management Committee of Aurangabad Chapter for the year 2019.

Mr. Sagar is currently Chairman of Aurangabad Chapter of WIRC of ICSI for the year 2020.

MR. PARESH DESHPANDE (B.com , M.com, ACS)

Mr. Paresh is Company secretary and associates partner of DSA having more than 10 years experience in the areas of Corporate Affairs including Company Law, Import Exports, Indirect Taxation , Finance & Borrowing etc.

He has worked as Company Secretary with Badve Group and also as a Corporate Adviser for Badve Group of companies, one of the leading Indian multinational companies with global standing.
